Practical Prepping Podcast
Episode #41, "Who or What Is A Prepper?" Also covered are considerations when becoming a prepper, and things you may have missed if you are already a prepper.
"Being a Prepper is nothing more than making sure that you and your loved ones will make it through the next big thing that is out of the ordinary, planning for all of you to live through till the problem is over." - Bob Childers
Lots of ways to define prepping or preppers.
TEOTWAWKI "The End Of The World As We Know It"

OFF-GRIDDERS/HOMESTEADERS:
Live like what our grandparents just called "life"
A Prepper Is Not someone:
has 3 ARs and a big bucket of ammo and believes they are a prepper; OR....has ordered a years worth of food, but if that is all...
An "prepper" is a person who wants to:
make sure the family is taken care of.
see the family get through the "what ifs"
who takes responsibility to provide for themselves when others must depend on someone else
What does it take to be prepared for most disasters or weather events?
To be prepared be self-sufficient, in any event, for a minimum of 7 days, 14 days is better.
Well rounded preppers don't get so caught up in prepping for what might happen in the future that they ignore relationships, or fail to live in the here and now.
